Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are unhappy with our service. The issue you reported on 7th June was that the first line of the delivery address on the despatch notification for your order was for your relatives address. Regrettably the order had already been completed by that time but we had shipped the order to the address we were given when you created your account. You mentioned the correct address was on your paypal account but we do not receive delivery information from Paypal. You contacted us the following day to confirm Royal Mail had still managed to find your address and deliver the item. If there is a further issue with your order, please provide our Customer Service team with details so we can resolve it.
