Excellent range of recycled silver products. Extremely fast delivery, and almost no plastic whatsoever in the packaging. Very impressed.

Thank you for your feedback. When you contacted us we advised on the delivery service and asked you to allow the 10 working days which Royal Mail advise on before declaring parcels as lost. A full refund has been submitted for your payment. I am sorry you are unhappy with our service and that your order did not arrive on this occasion.
