The sleeves are not as long as indicated in the company information. The shirt is good looking, but does not seem as serviceable as I had hoped.

It's certainly very disappointing to see that your new shirt has not lived up to expectations and is not up to our very high quality standards. The washed Oxford is a classic weave, which is a little heavier than most others we offer. Therefore, it may carry creases a little more than something lighter, like the Twill or Poplin. It is still a great quality shirt made from excellent cotton, but not to everyone's liking due to its thicker and heavier nature. By all means, you are welcome to return this one to us and try a different weave - the aforementioned Twill is hugely popular and a great choice!
