With our casual shirts, the sleeve length is based upon the overall size ordered. So to receive a shorter sleeve length, a smaller size would need to be ordered. Each size adds (or subtracts) around 1.25" from the sleeve length. The width of the sleeves, however, will remain fairly constant - they will be more roomy at the top coming down from the shoulder, and a little slimmer around the forearm to the cuff. You could potentially try a Classic Fit rather than a Slim for a little more room, however this will also affect the 'bagginess' in the body of the shirt.
