Thank you for your valuable feedback. It is good to know that our offer of free standard shipping was taken up, although this is not available all the time. Sadly the sales tax will always be charged

The quality of product decreased. On my most recent order of 5 shirts that is what I place every quarter. The quality on the clothing was really bad.

However, please remember you have six months to return for an exchange or refund and our friendly customer services team are on-hand seven days a week to assist you
