Overall I love CT, even though the sizes always run a little small, e.g. I need to add 1/2 and inch to the neck and sleve lengths of your shirts vs. an American made shirt. My CT shirts ARE my dress

Excellent quality shirts. I've had trouble multiple times with getting my credit card accepted by your system though. The polo's have not shown up yet, due to a problem at customs.

I like the colors offered. I want to oreder a suit but afraif about getting the wrong size suit coat. Different manufacturers size 44 could run small or fit perfectly.

While I believe your failure to respond a few years ago was in error, I couldn't help but laugh out loud at your present response - from Nick, no less (!), over the weekend with less than a twelve hour response time. You have certainly greatly improved your customer relations. Is there an IPO in the offing?
