I am very sorry to hear your experience with us has not exceeded your expectations. While we do carefully consider all of the feedback we receive, we must meet the demands of the majority of our customers and as yet we have not received a sufficient demand for a 32” sleeve. However I have taken the liberty of passing on your comments to my Buying Team so it may be taken into consideration in future and I do hope we are eventually able to accommodate you. At present our stores are not equipped to handle the types of alterations we offer so if you purchase anything apart from a standard size we must do the alteration here in the UK prior to shipping. I do understand this represents a longer delay and we will continue to do our best to improve upon this time frame in future.
Regarding your second point of using a gift voucher in British Pounds towards a purchase in American Dollars, this will be rejected by our systems for the simple reason we are unable to follow and match the fluctuating exchange rates from day to day. A gift voucher must therefore be used in the currency it is purchased in and the majority of our customers do not have issue with this, however I will raise this point with my Customer Feedback Team to see if anything can be improved going forward.
