Good shirts, terrible customer service and ability to deliver a correct product in a timely fashion. These were monogrammed shirts for my groomsmen at my wedding, took 3 weeks to arrive and not a single shirt had the monogramming I ordered. Thanks guys, bang up job.

I can’t believe this happened! Whilst this is an extremely rare mistake, it is totally unacceptable and I’m truly sorry for letting you down in such a significant way, especially given the occasion the order was meant for. This will certainly be looked into and addressed accordingly. The refund will be seen to as a priority as we wait for the shirts to arrive. I really do hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you in a far better way in the future. Again, I’m very sorry for the disappointment caused.

The collar button always breaks on my shirts from you after a few washes. The holes need to be slightly bigger so they buttoneasier too.

good stuff, however only half my order came through last time, one shirt was out of stock and nobody contacted me and my shoes were not delivered so i cancelled them
