Hi Simon, As discussed, you had the door delivered 15/08 and you only either checked or got in contact with us on 23/08, 8 x days after delivery as per our terms and conditions you had sufficient time to check for any faults or damages. You had asked it to be left at the side of the house and we would imagine 99% of customers would then have made sure it was checked when bringing into the property and for you to come back 8 x days later means we can do nothing about this as we have no way of knowing when the door was put in an enclosed area or if so were it was stored.
