Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The part of your order in question is for a pocket cassette, pocket jamb and fittings which were sent with the courier TNT on 17th September.
TNT do contact you by e-mail prior to delivery to inform you that the goods have been dispatched. We did also send you our own notification of this part of your order being dispatched on the 17th September.
TNT attempted a delivery to you on 18th September at 18:28 and no-one was present at the specified shipping address so a card was left and a second attempt to deliver to you was made on 19th September at 16:00. This second attempt failed too as there was no-one present to take this delivery either and according to the tracking information a second card was left for you. Upon this second failed attempt, the goods were then brought back to our warehouse by the courier.
One of our staff members has been in contact with you this morning to try and resolve this issue for you as a matter of priority. We have arranged to have this pocket system sent back out to you at our own expense to try to help you out as best as possible.
