Hi Hayley, Thank you for the review. I've looked into the order and the further £7.99 to have the scooter built was not selected, nor paid for. Apologies if there was any confusion here but the only item on the order was the scooter. If you would like us to build the scooter for you, I'm happy to arrange a return and build for you. Hi Edward, Apologies for the slight delay. Due to the order coming in on a Friday afternoon, it was processed after the weekend and bank holiday. There was a small delay in dispatch due to the higher volume of orders after the 3 day break and the scheduled delivery time should have been Thursday. I can see that the parcel arrived with you on Friday. Therefore, this is not a week delay, it was 1 day. Hopefully now this has been explained you can understand why the parcel took longer to get to you.
