slow delivery. asked about delivery date after 1 week and someone said they would call me back and had to call again the next day

Hi, thanks for your review, having done some internal investigation in to the delay with your order, we were waiting on 1 item from the order to come in from a supplier and you should have been informed of this initial delay.
