Hi Martyn, thank you for your review. I have spoken to the branch who sent your order out and they inform me the product is new and the box had only been opened for another customer to look at in store. We do apologise for the delay with your order, it does appear it was an internal error and your order should have been with you sooner as the stock was in store available for next day delivery. I do apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused here. This is not the level of service we pride ourselves on nor the level of service our customers have come to expect from us. Hi, Thank you for your review, in most cases yes we do require a signature from the courier due to the value of items and shipments being sent also for tracking purposes so we can provide proof of delivery to customers. This is quite standard procedure. In terms of the 3M speedglas welding caps you ordered, We're assured by 3m these are genuine 3M speedglas product.
