Placed order on 16th May and it has just been fulfilled today. 3rd August. Over 2 months to supply a cutting gun!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. It was the cutting torch which we've had supply issues with, with the product being on back order. Apologies for the length of time this has taken to fulfill. Hi Simon, Thank you for your review, I've just spoken to the branch that dealt with your order and understand there was a picking error in the first instance and you were sent a 30 air consumables kit instead of the 45XP consumables kit on your original order. I also understand the branch has collected the wrong kit and supplied the correct kit to fulfill the order.
