Hi, Thanks for your review and apologies for the delay with your order. We discussed previously you ordered on the Monday before the courier cut off time and should definitely have received your order the following day. The courier came early on the Monday and as a result didn't collect until Tuesday and then you received your order on the Wednesday. As per my comms I wasn't meaning to sound harsh on my email, was just explaining that i am sorry for the delay with your order and whether the branch version of what happened was correct or not, i am truly sorry for the delay here and agree with you completely you should have received the welder the next day as expected.
Just to let you know as well, we have now put things in place so the courier doesn't turn up before the cut off time at the branch in question here so we can avoid errors happening like this again in future.
