Hi Roger, one of our reps tried to call you but there was no answer so they sent you an email about returning the goods. A return label was emailed to you and the collection was arranged for today 7th July. Any issues or queries, please let us know using the websales email address.

Waited two weeks for a a damaged parcel. Normally next day wasn't impressed due to having to buy extra welding wire.
