Hi Adam, thanks for your review even though we are very disappointed as we are normally only used to 5 star reviews. You contacted me to advise that your hamper hadn't been delivered and I investigated with GLS who told me they could not deliver on a number of occasions as no one answered either the phone or the door and it was returned to the depot. I asked them to re-deliver and emailed you to ask the recipient to answer his phone if he received a call re-delivery. Your hamper was delivered the next day. We do our best to ship within a day or so of receiving an order (even during busy times like Christmas) unfortunately we have no control over whether the recipient is available on delivery.
