Paid for same day delivery, but received an e-mail at 15:45 to say that they could not find a florist to complete the order. sent the next day, but did not receive a refund for the same day delivery

I am sorry to learn of the delay with delivery. It seems we tried our utmost to locate a florist able to deliver your order on the date requested, but were unable to do so. We contacted you at the earliest opportunity, and can only apologise that this was late in the afternoon. I have arranged for a refund of your delivery charge, please allow 3-5 working days for this to complete.
