Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. It seems that the product ordered was out of stock, and so we sent an item of at least equal value as a substitute. As this item was of poor quality, we arranged for a Gardenia to be sent, but it seems that this was also unavailable at the time of dispatch, and so an Azalea was sent instead. We were not made aware that this item was also poor quality, and would like to apologise for any upset caused. For future reference, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, should the item be unsatisfactoy, so that we can resolve any issues for you.
