I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your order. I can onyl presume that the recipient was not in when delivery was originally attempted, and so delivery took place the following day. Unfortuantely the florist in question no longer has their delivery sheets and so I cannot confirm this is the reason, but the florist accepted your order the previous day for delivery, and there are no comments to advise of any other problems.

Advisors on the phone are excellent, polite, sorted out my complaint etc. but actual product was very poor quality & not what I ordered.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. It seems that the product ordered was out of stock, and so we sent an item of at least equal value as a substitute. As this item was of poor quality, we arranged for a Gardenia to be sent, but it seems that this was also unavailable at the time of dispatch, and so an Azalea was sent instead. We were not made aware that this item was also poor quality, and would like to apologise for any upset caused. For future reference, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, should the item be unsatisfactoy, so that we can resolve any issues for you.

Please accept our apologies for the late arrival of your order. It seems to have been sent by Royal Mail originally, and seems to have been lost in transit. We then replaced your order for delivery at the earliest, with complimentary chocolates by means of apology for any inconvenience caused.
