I am sorry to learn of the non-arrival of your original gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched good time for delivery on requested dates. However, the item ordered is from our Postal range, and with the Royal Mail we cannot track delivery details, and so with the thousands of orders we send out to them a week, we sometimes encounter late or failed deliveries. We do advise online that these items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on requested dates. I can confirm that the replacement was arranged for the soonest date possible, and we can only apologise if there were further delays. I am glad that the bouquet arrived safe and sound.
