When we set up a new customer account for a Rocks TV client we always try to ensure that we explain that it maybe necessary for the customer to call their financial institution from where payment is being made. This is due to International transaction security protocol that lies embedded with some institutions computer systems in order to protect their customers.
This however must not have been explained to you at the time of creating your account and was the cause of you not receiving that order, for which we take responsibility and ownership.
