Uniworld’s Solo Deals are often short term, promotional offers that are only available for certain booking periods. Once they are sold out, they are no longer offered. These are not upgrades that are offered on board the ship, but all about the timing of when your reservation was made. We appreciate your feedback and are very happy to see that you had a wonderful experience on your Venetian Cruise.

I think she was new. She did not try to get me the best room. Others were upgraded to solo rooms for the same price
