We apologize if your booking agent was not always available, but we do have multiple agents available to assist with answering any questions if your original booking agent is not in the office. We always book the most direct flights available at the time you book your tour, but we are happy you found something better that suited your needs.

We apologize that you felt CostSaver was not the right choice for you. It is the Budget option of all the tours we offer, and it does state that hotels are outside of the city center in most locations. It allows for more independent travelers to choose between time on their own or join the group for the optional excursions.
