Tour director was not very professional,had a bad attitude.My room in Lithuania was tiny,just wide enough for my single bed. Optional dinners not that good nor were the guided tours

We were not picked up at the airport as was planned because the tour director was not informed of our arrival time. We waited 35 minutes and finally took a cab to the hotel costing us 25 british pound

Our included hotel transfer times are listed in the brochure at 9:00am 11:30am and 2:00pm. We're very sorry to hear that your arrival time fell in between the scheduled transfers and the wait was longer than you had anticipated. Grand European Travel-Guest Relations
