Alitalia Airline: made arrangements for a no dairy meal. Messed up the meal selection on both flights. Did not care for Alitalia Airline and will not use them again for travel. Very disppointed......y

Trip was great overall. Didn't like some of the decisions our tour guide made during the trip. Also we were told how much to tip. This is not a good practice.

As a woman traveling by myself, I felt very safe and had lots of fun. Was seated with a nice single woman. Enjoyed the rotating seating arrangement. Loved the tour guide and coach driver.
