Gray Line operates as a group of licensees, meaning that each local Gray Line licensee is an independently owned and operated company. You will see this reflected on the Gray Line Halifax/Ambassatours website, as well as in their email signature and in their phone messages. Each licensee is held to strict standards related to maintaining the branding of Gray Line. Your refund request arrived to info@grayline.com at noon on June 7. Your tour was fully cancelled and refunded by June 11. At that time, we had only one member on our customer service team, and we were working through emails as quickly as possible. Resolving a refund request within 72 business hours (noon 6/7 to 5pm 6/11) of receipt is considered within the norm.
