Was here 15 min early. Bus not at address provided. Bus left and 6 people missed it. No sign or communication provided as to alternate pick up stop. Terrible.

Our voucher said to arrive by 7:20 and that was incorrect. We had to arrive by 8:15. We went and got breakfast and came back but voucher should have been correct.
