The cancelable booking already costs more than the standard, why is there another additional charge option? 🙄

Thank you for your valued feedback. The flexible bookings that we offer can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to your arrival. By adding the extra cancellation option on top of this, you would be permitted to cancel the booking up into 24 hours prior to your arrival. We apologise for any confusion caused. Have a safe trip!
