Everything was booked - no confirmation as to the date and time of the experience - no one to speak to at a weekend. Experience ruined. Won't be using this company again.

Thank you for your feedback. Into The Blue customer services are available Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. We are unable to help with any booking queries that you have made directly with the experience provider outside of our working hours. We have spoken to the flying school with which you made your booking and they have advised us that due to adverse weather conditions they were in contact with you as it was necessary to reschedule the date and time of your original flying lesson.
