You spoiled my day. Wrong pick up time in booking confirmation? Wrong phone number of activity operator either? Is there anything you do right? This is outstandingly outrageous service.

I trust this message finds you well. We would like to sincerely apologise and regret for the inconvenience caused to you. For the past eight years we have taken great joy in having the incredible opportunity to guide our customers through various destinations. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service every single tour. My dearest apologies on your experience on tour that did not meet your expectations. It was very disappointing to hear that someone who has used our services in the past and enjoyed them had such things to say about us. As mentioned to you in our email the time mentioned on your voucher was the tour start time and not the pickup time. We had to contact you to get the hotel details and then get back to our local partner and then get back to you with the exact pickup time. We agree that there was a delay in this which was due to an unusually high number of emails and calls in that particular week due which we had delays in getting back to our customers and partners. I'm no way trying to shrug the blame and agree that we should have come back to you earlier so that you did not have to reschedule it for the next day. I sincerely apologise again for all of the inconvenience caused to you and thank you for touching base with us so that we have an opportunity to make this experience not quite as horrible. i booked ticket for 0adult and 02 child. i mention child age as 1 and 4 year old. i was ready to pay for extra seat for 4 year child but they didnt provide us seat.

We have checked your booking and we never received any request for the 4 yr. old child to be given a seat, perhaps you had asked our local team to do this on the day of travel and they did not have any available spaces.
