Had a great trip very professionally organized and good fun going to 5000 to 6000 meters on foot for a beginner is quite a challenging but I felt very safe. a huge thank you to all the porters cooks guides and team leader who worked tirelessly and made it a great trip.

Thank you for your feedback about the service from the shop. We are sorry that we made a mistake and dropped the ball in sorting out your order. We ought to have told you straightaway that we did not have that bag in stock, and we’d order it for you directly from the manufacturer, which we did. We have spoken to you since and we arranged for your new bag to arrive on Tuesday. You have told us since that it has arrived, ready for your expedition to Ecuador beginning this weekend. I hope you sleep well on the mountains and enjoy the trip - it's a fabulous country. I look forward to hearing about it all when you get back.
