Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for providing your feedback. I’m sorry your experience was not an exceptional one. I’ve reviewed the support case and unfortunately, with a documented bug report that is identified to be resolved in the next release of SOLIDWORKS, workarounds are the only option until the new release is available.
