Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with our support team. Encountering corrupt files is certainly a frustrating experience to go through. Although SOLIDWORKS continuously applies improvements to software stability and attempts to prevent corruption, it can happen on occasion. One of our team members reviewed the file and found that it was not recognizing it's own references and was not salvageable. As your company utilizes PDM, another team member tried to access previous versions of the file or local copies that were not corrupt. Unfortunately, their efforts were not successful in identifying a salvageable copy of the file. We strive to provide exceptional service, even when our clients encounter corrupt files.
