In general i have no problems with them just sometimes get a bit frustrated when i have purchased items only to find the "out of stock" so get a reduced order,

As far as I am concerned the Returns form is a waste of paper, I have never really needed to or wanted to return anything!

It's very easy to get hooked on buying pretty sparkly beads but somewhere along the line you have to get a grip and stop buying or move on and start selling!
