My order was dispatched promptly and arrived within 2 days, even though I had selected the free economy class delivery. Super service. Will be buying from Just Vitamins again!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused - we do understand how frustrating it is when you have to visit the sorting office to collect your goods. We don't guarantee that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can. We clearly display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), so in future if you know that your letterbox won't take this sized parcel then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour. only thing I was disappointed that they were packed in a box as usually they come through the letter box.

We don't actually guarantee that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can. We clearly display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), so in future if you know that your letterbox won't take this sized parcel then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour, or somewhere convenient. Ordered late Sunday, arrived Wednesday morning, that's a good turnaround in my view. Handy pouches delivered through the letterbox, so none of the usual problems with parcel delivery.
