It is now 36 hours later and I still have no email from justfly. Despite responses from the merchant on other negative comments on this site, it is clear that there is a recurring theme here: no confirmation of purchase at time of transaction, no emails despite claims to the contrary, and bad customer service when trying to rectify the issue.
