The person on the phone was very nice, but kept calling me Miss Lynn. I'm not at all comfortable with such a title. Once, I can ignore, but repeatedly made me uncomfortable.

Cancelled my girlfirends flight and phone support provided very bad assistance in resolving the situation. Ended up having to go straight to the airline to book the ticket.
