I booked over 12 hours ago and have not received a receipt or confirmation....is that normal? Makes me very nervous about actually being booked for this trip.

I had a small complaint about not receiving an email confirmation but it was addressed within minutes. Very good response. Still wish it worked better the first time, but can''t beat the prices.

When you booked a ticket it takes 24 hours maximum to receive your electronic ticketing since your ticket has been issued. Thank you Have a pleasant trip Customer Care Department
