I have never experienced such a poor web site ever. Would never recommend this travel site to any of my co workers or family members.. A complete disappointment.

Very poor customer service experience. Was treated rudely by the agent, was told misinformation by the agent, and was forced to circumvent JustFly and go directly to the airline to fix the issue.
