Hi Sbaglio, I'm sorry to hear your disappointment. 
We have spent many years researching the amount of products that goes into our kits. We've cracked it. The kits almost, always is enough for the job in hand. For larger repairs, you are able to purchase a bigger kit.
The instructions are simple to understand. Along with our online videos that show you step by step on how to carry out the repair. We're confident that the kits are simple to use.

If you wanted to send us an email with a more detailed review, perhaps we can find ways to improve things.

How long has the ink been on the leather as this will also determine how easy or difficult it is to remove the ink stain and how bad is the ink stain, can you forward pictures when you email us and we will be more than happy to help you.

Hi, thank you for your email reply these pictures supplied you will never remove stains so large and so intense with the ink and stain remover.

The seats are so badly stained they will require restoration rather than an ink and stain removal solution

Sorry, we couldn't help you further with this but Carolynne did offer a solution to this in the form of a kit as the stains are so bad they would never be removable with an ink remover.
