Hello. We'r sorry you're not happy with the colouring of the pen. However, we did request photos and only received 1 picture of the area of the sofa with no colouring on. We have just tested a batch of pens that were made at the same time as yours and can confirm that the colour is in fact a dark brown.
Please provide photos so we can help you with your problem.
