Great with finding a place, completely washed their hands of us once signed, no check out or handover done. Missing a set of keys on day one. Very low standards for landlords they partner with.

I have logged few complains and the progress is slow. Also I requested for a hoover which was promised at the time of letting but still didnt arrived. My tap is leaking for 1 weak not update.
