We're sorry you found the Dragonfly smaller than expected - we do try to show the size of our jewellery by having an image showing the dimensions of the pendant, and also a photo of a model wearing each piece. Hi Jane, please accept our apologies that your personalisation wasn't on the packaging as you expected. Just so we can clarify what went wrong, did you want the message on the outer sleeve that goes around the jewellery box? We generally print the personalised messages on the back of the jewellery card itself, rather than the outer packaging. We're glad that you are pleased with the jewellery and delivery.
