Hiya, just wanted to let you know that our products are 925 Sterling Silver, so the value of the item is in the metal, other jewellery you may have seen of a cheaper price will not be Sterling Silver which is why we created the range in precious metal as a point of quality and difference to represent the mantra for a much longer time rather than being a throwaway item. Hi there, as I said in our correspondence I'm so sorry that your chain was faulty, as discussed I am happy to send you out a replacement chain or give you a full refund. We have never had a chain break without wearing it before, I wasn't accusing you of anything just letting you know that this has never happened before otherwise we would have looked in to the quality of the chain. If you let me know how you would like the issue to be resolved, (I have responded to your emails) then we can move forward and hopefully rectify this for you.

Sorry I wasn't aware that you lived abroad as it was sent to a UK address, I know that you're away currently with work but I'm afraid we can't change our service for each customer. I would really like to rectify this for you, as I said if you'd like me to send you a chain then you don't have to send anything back and you'll have a new necklace. We are happy to extend the refund policy for when you return from your travels, I hope you understand that I can't simply refund you as you still have the product, the value of the piece is in the disc not the chain.
