As an online retailer of over 16,000 products, ensuring that all of our details and descriptions are as accurate and clear as possible is of extremely high importance. We do pride ourselves on offering the option for our customers to return most of our items if they feel they are unsuitable or of bad quality. We just ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, so that we can find a suitable resolution quickly and efficiently for you.
We work very closely with all of our suppliers to ensure that our products are of a high standard, and we aim to exceed our customer expectations every time, however, we have not been able to this in this instance.
