The service was pretty slow; returns were very difficult for such a large item and had to be organised and paid for by us; the rug itself was very thin and not worth the money

We work closely with brands and investigate every review we get, to ensure we offer the highest quality and standards possible.

Regarding the speed of delivery, we do give all our customers, lead times of all our products both before and after they have placed their order. These dates are based on us sourcing the items from the suppliers and ensuring they arrive to you in perfect condition. I can see your order was delivered to you within this estimated lead time.

Regarding faulty items or damaged items, we do ask to be contacted by email within 48hrs of receiving your item, so that we are able to investigate and find a resolution to avoid disappointment.
