Please accept our apologies that your order still hasn't arrived, we have investigated and can see from the tracking that it is in transit and should be delivered in the next few days. As you are in Australia and we are sending from the UK, sometimes orders can get held up in customs and the automatic review email can sometimes be sent before an order is delivered.
