Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback. As a conservation charity, we have taken the decision not to supply cut flowers which have often incurred many distribution miles. We do supply dog treats if guests let us know they are bringing dogs. Unfortunately your dog wasn't pre-notified. We supply a starter bottle of UHT milk for the number of booked guests as is common in the self-catering industry.
