Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback. Meudwy is described as a lower ground floor apartment. We're sorry to hear about the disinfectant smell. We don't use disinfectant with odours but it could have been a previous guest. We are working with BT on improving our WiFi provision. In some areas, we are waiting for BT to install fibre.
