Great location for visiting Freshwater West beach and the Angle Peninsula. Good to walk or cycle. Taps very near. Facilities clean with hot water (no mixer). If cool /windy need to shut windows door

Would highly recommend, great facilities, beautifully decorated and prepared, atmospheric Watermill setting, close to Norfolk coast, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing break.
